Dr Emanuela Piga Bruni is Full Professor of Literary Criticism and Comparative Literature at the Universitas Mercatorum in Rome. She completed her doctoral studies at the University of Bologna, having pursued her academic training at the same institution and at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle–Paris 3.
